Description
CJC-1295 with DAC is a synthetic peptide designed as a growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog. Composed of a modified 30-amino-acid sequence, it has been engineered to provide greater stability and a substantially longer duration of activity than naturally occurring GHRH fragments. Its defining feature is the DAC modification, which promotes binding to circulating plasma proteins, including albumin, and significantly extends the peptide’s persistence in circulation.
Because of its prolonged activity, CJC-1295 with DAC is commonly investigated in research examining peptide pharmacokinetics, sustained biological signaling, and receptor interactions. Studies may evaluate its influence on growth hormone release patterns as well as its ability to maintain activity for an extended period. Researchers are also interested in how the DAC modification affects distribution, protein binding, metabolic stability, and clearance compared with shorter-acting, non-DAC peptide variants.
